I was just watching R. Kelly's "urban opera", Trapped in a Closet, and I must say it's delightfully stupid. I didn't know R. Kelly had such an interesting sense of humour despite his paedophile tendencies. Check it out on Youtube! It's got like a few thousand series. I must say it's the longest MTV ever created on this earth.
I've started work at Nippon Ya, the Japanese Snacks Store, in Central Mall. But I'm not working in Central right now for most of the time. Cuz they're having a promotion at The Market at CK Tang's. So I'm working there instead for the time being. It really sucks big time. We gotta stand there for hours on end, and we're not allowed to sit down. There are breaks. But still, standing for such long hours is not cool. And there are not many customers too. So it's not like we get to busy ourselves serving customers.
I realized that I actually enjoy serving very much. Or rather, the basic act of interacting with someone else, trying to influence the person in a way. I enjoy sharing with people what I think, and what I think they should try. I really enjoy it when a customer appreciates my service and shows it through his/her smile, and I'll show my appreciation for her appreciation by smiling back and saying Thank You. I just love the whole system of customer service. I actually don't mind doing it for a while. But my main focus will still be performing arts and music.
No matter what others say, I will be happy and satisfied with my life right now. Because honestly, I have a real blessed life compared to many.
